		<description>LX3 photo quality to be pretty good when used in the right conditions. I prefer to use the lowest ISO (80) when possible so that I do not have a grain issue. COlor saturation is great in landscape shots when I use the vivid mode.

		<description>hi, I have a Nikon D80 and thinking about get the LX-3. (same reason as yours, too heavy during family outings and I love shooting in wide  eangle anyway)
